Personal TrainerPersonal Training involves

  • A one on one session with your Instructor for one hour.
  • It provides a variety of exercise routines to improve body composition, weight loss or muscle gain or more specificly increase strength, muscular or cardio vascular endurance and flexibility.
  • It also enhances sports performance (speed, power & agility), balance and those who need help with physical dysfunction.
