ISO 9002 Award

A first for the club was to receive this award in 1998. We were the First Leisure Facility in Ireland to be awarded this certificate of excellence.

The entire clubs operations standards were involved in this process and we developed and implemented new policies and procedures for a more effective customer care service.

With the implementation of this Quality System we at the Boyne Valley Country club are committed to providing our club members and guests with a professional and efficient service in a relaxed environment.

The main objective of this quality system is to ensure that the requirements of the members are satisfied at all times.

We also plan and execute health and fitness services offered to our members and ensure that these services are carried out under controlled conditions.

This award is also monitored and reviewed on a annual basis.
