Boxfit Bootcamp/Bootcamp Class incorporates body weight, boxing movements, cardio & core exercises to give you the ultimate workout. Expect some shouting from your instructor.
Aqua Fit Enjoy aerobic big range movements without the impact of land exercise. Using water resistance to improve muscular strength and tone & cardio benifits.
Enduro Spin

60-90minute spin class for people that want the ultimate cardio workout. Prepare to sweat .... A Lot.

Body Bar A strength based class to help sculpt & shape your body using weights in form of plates, dumbells& bar bells, as well as body weight, all to music. Keep the beat & get those reps in.
Spin / Spin & Abs  A 45 min high intensity workout on a spin bike, the instructor will take you on a journey using up to date music to dictate the class.
TEEN GYM This class is specifically for 12 to 15 yr olds, body weight training, cardio training, developmental & functional. Class is instructors choice.
Iron Circuit

A strength & core based class using kettlebell movements & Suspension straps to get a full body workoutand strip bodyfat quickly.

Flex & Tone A class designed to increase mobility, core strength and movement patterns.
Met Con Metabolic Conditioning is designed to strip body fat, sculpt & shape your body, using body weight, weight, straps and Cardio HITT. This is one class you will be burning calories in your sleep.
Ab Attack A class to attack those abdominals using body weight or equipment to music, if you want a six pack this is for you.
Dance Aerobics if you love to dance then this is definately the class for you, you will love it.
Bars & Bells A strength based class using barbells & kettlebells.
Mature Movers 30min class designed to increase mobility, core strength & movement patterns, specific to older adults
